On the Ball Coaching is taking small groups of players aged 12-15 years old for accelerated football development sessions.

This is a unique opportunity for young players to be taught the skills, game awareness and attitude that is needed to make it to an elite level.


On The Ball Coaching focuses primarily on developing the necessary skills and techniques to develop a better individual player, as these are often overlooked by team coaches.

On The Ball Coaching provides a unique training opportunity to any elite junior players, who want exposure to a high level of technical training, ball mastery, specific feedback and repetition of essential skills and techniques that will facilitate the development of an elite soccer ability.

Limited spaces available

- Maximum 10 players per session

Venue: RM Lord Park, Lyons St, Carnegie, 3163
Cost: $35 per 1.5 hour session

Upgrade to Kingston Heath Soccer Complex

 

In May 2009 Kingston Council received a grant from the Federal Government of $2.9 million for a major upgrade of Kingston Heath Soccer Complex. Coupled with $300,000 from the council the project will include:

  • 50 new parking places (to be completed end of 2009)  
  • Under ground water tanks for water harvesting (to be completed end of 2009)  
  • 2 new change rooms  and kiosk (to be completed by end of February 2010)
  • Spectator cover on ground 1 (to be completed by end of February 2010)
  • 2 new synthetic pitches of a FIFA 2 star standard (to be completed by end of April 2010)  
  • 2 new electronic score boards (to be completed by end of April 2010)  
  • 2 new coaches boxes (to be completed by end of April 2010)  
  • Improved lighting on grounds 2 and 3 (to be completed by end of April 2010)  
  • Face lift of interior of pavilion include re-painting and installation of heating and cooling system (to be completed by end of April 2010)
